Part-Time HR Coordinator (Maternity Cover)
Contract: November 2024 - September 2025

20 hours per week | Fully Remote

We are seeking a dynamic and organised HR Coordinator to join a leading organisation on a fully remote maternity cover contract. Key Responsibilities:

  • HR Administration: Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including pre-employment checks, onboarding, transfers, and leavers. Ensure all processes run smoothly and efficiently.
  • Inbox Management: Handle the HR inbox, responding to employee and line manager queries, signposting where necessary, and ensuring a high level of customer service.
  • HR Systems: Maintain and update the HR system, ensuring data accuracy and producing weekly and monthly reports for the HR Manager and Director.
  • Onboarding: Manage the onboarding process, from pre-boarding through to new starter inductions, ensuring a welcoming experience for all new employees.
  • Appraisal and Probation: Coordinate the probationary period and annual appraisal process, assisting managers in completing all required documentation.
  • First Point of Contact: Act as the first point of contact for employee queries regarding HR procedures, terms of employment, and administrative tasks, ensuring timely and accurate information.
  • HR Projects: Support the HR team with ongoing projects and initiatives, contributing to best-practice HR solutions.

Ideal person:

  • Previous experience in an HR Assistant or Coordinator role.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining data accuracy.
  • Experience with HR systems and comfortable with MS Excel
