Senior Business Analyst (Property Services)– £44,341.50 per annum – Stafford (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of data and business analysts.
  • Analyse performance data and customer feedback to produce monthly insight reports.
  • Prepare business cases for service improvements and manage related projects.
  • Develop and implement process maps and maintain the Property Services Manual.
  • Drive change management culture and review processes for business and technical suitability.
  • Ensure processes meet best practice, regulatory, and legal standards.
  • Create ownership and accountability of processes across the directorate and wider Group.

The Person

  • Lean/Six Sigma qualification or equivalent experience.
  • Recent project management experience.
  • Knowledge of Housing Sector software such as Capita Open Housing, Northgate, or MIS ActiveH.
  • Excellent IT skills with MS Office applications and Office 365.
  • Strong stakeholder management and customer service skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organised, able to multi-task and manage competing priorities.
  • Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle for business use.
