Are you a Sub Agent looking for a new permanent opportunity? Do you have recent experience working on heavy civils projects? Are you looking for an opportunity with a reputable civils contractor in the East Anglia area?

If the answer is yes, then this is the perfect opportunity with a well known civils contractor, who hold an excellent reputation in the local region.

Randstad are working with one of their long term clients, who are currently looking for a Sub agent work with them across Essex and East Anglia. They are working on several projects at the moment, but their busiest projects are working on highways schemes and therefore, experience in these specific areas will be advantageous.

You will be responsible for:

  • Reporting to a Site Agent or a Project Manager
  • Procurement / ordering of materials
  • Quality Control of the works / Health and Safety
  • Production of weekly rolling programmes
  • Providing support to site engineers
  • Management of site activities
  • Progress reporting

Requirements:

  • Degree / HND in Civil Engineering
  • Ideally you will have progressed from Site Engineer to Sub Agent
  • Good IT skills required including MS Office packages
  • Experience of managing civil engineering projects with a main contractor with experience in - highways, bridges, infrastructure, environmental, frameworks and special works
  • CSCS Card (Black / Platinum)
  • SMSTS
  • First Aid

Benefits:

£45,000 - £52,000 per annum (depending on experience) + package; car / car allowance, pension, PMI
