Reporting to the directors, this role will involve managing a small team of T&C Supervisors and duties will include:
- Managing individuals within the T&C team, undertaking Performance Development Reviews and Personal Development Plans
- Supervising new and existing Investment Managers.
- Identifying areas of improvement
- Assisting with Regulatory Change programmes involving Investment Managers knowledge, skills and competence.
- Contributing to the annual Certification process.
What do we need from you?
- Holds CISI level 4 or higher.
- Significant experience within financial services.
- Experience of Training and Competence within Investment Management/Wealth Management.
- Supervisory experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Organised, efficient and able to use initiative and drive improvements.
- Ability and willingness to travel across the UK when required.
