Training & Competence Supervision Manager

NJR Recruitment are thrilled to be representing a nationally recognised investment management firm who are looking for an experienced T&C Manager to join their compliance team.

This role requires a strong, experienced leader who takes pride in getting the best out of people and supporting colleagues to continually strive for the best client outcomes.

Reporting to the directors, this role will involve managing a small team of T&C Supervisors and duties will include:

  • Managing individuals within the T&C team, undertaking Performance Development Reviews and Personal Development Plans
  • Supervising new and existing Investment Managers.
  • Identifying areas of improvement
  • Assisting with Regulatory Change programmes involving Investment Managers knowledge, skills and competence.
  • Contributing to the annual Certification process.

What do we need from you?

  • Holds CISI level 4 or higher.
  • Significant experience within financial services.
  • Experience of Training and Competence within Investment Management/Wealth Management.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organised, efficient and able to use initiative and drive improvements.
  • Ability and willingness to travel across the UK when required.
