An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven individual to join an established independent Estate and Letting Agency in the Exeter area as an experienced lettings negotiator / valuer with on target earnings in the region of £32-35,000. Our client is also seeking a lettings manager for a 12 month maternity cover up to £45,000 OTE and these roles could be combined
Key responsibilities of the role include:
- Generating, arranging, and carrying out valuations and bringing these properties to market
- Building and maintaining long term relationships with Landlords
- Business generation - creating opportunities to increase the portfolio
- Ensuring all office systems/service standards are adhered to
- Attending viewings
- Assisting with Property Management when required.

The Company can offer a competitive salary package, excellent hours /and career progression.
Salary depending on experience but senior lettings negotiator in the region of £25-27,000 basic and £32-35,000 OTE. Maternity cover Lettings Manager role basic salary up to £35,000 with on target earnings up to £45,000. Monday to Friday 9-5.30pm finish and every other Saturday 9-1pm with time in lieu.
