My client is looking for a proactive and driven individual to complete the transactional finance duties and is looking to progress over the long term. Our client is a medium sized organisation, known for their commitment to training and development of their staff, and have a reputation for delivering high-quality services in Goole and beyond.

Description

  • Managing purchase ledger processes efficiently and accurately
  • Ensuring invoices, statements and payments are up to date
  • Liaising with suppliers and resolving any invoice discrepancies
  • Processing staff expenses and making payments
  • Assisting with month-end closing procedures and reports
  • Undertaking reconciliation of bank statements
  • Participating in financial audits
  • Supporting the wider Finance team as required

Profile

A successful Purchase Ledger Clerk should have:

  • Have gained relevant experience in a similar role
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Have a driven attitude toward progressing in accounts
