Tier 1 Legal 500 firm looking for a Senior Associate Corporate Solicitor for their Team based in Reading.
This firm has an excellent client base, spanning tech & digital consultancies, global medical companies and household names handling cross border M&A, buy outs, joint ventures, corporate governance, reorganisations and shareholder agreements.
The ideal candidate will have; 5 years + PQE, be able to work independently as well as part of a team, have excellent project management and legal skills, an enthusiasm for business development, and strong interpersonal skills.
In this role you will:
- Advise on all aspects of company law
- Managing completion and post completion matters, engaging in wide ranging legal work in cluding f=drafting articles of association and shareholder agreements.
- Be instrumental in mergers and acquisitions, collaborating with partners on complex transactions.
- Assist with Business disposals, responding to due dilgence requests and preparing necessary documentation.
- Draft relevant documents for asset purchase and sale transactions, facilitating progress throughout the deal lifecycle.
The Salary starts at £65,000 and rises depending on the experience the selected candidate brings to the role.
