Job Description: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Early Years Teacher to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about early childhood education and committed to creating a positive and engaging learning environment. You will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons that meet the needs of all students in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in line with the EYFS curriculum.
  • Create a safe, supportive, and stimulating classroom environment.
  • Assess and monitor student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parents.
  • Support the social and emotional development of students.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and share best practices.
  • Participate in school events and activities, contributing to the broader school community.
  • Maintain accurate records and prepare reports as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
  • Experience teaching in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
  • Strong knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development.
