Hours: 8:30-17:30, Monday to Friday

Location: Stratford, London

Salary: £30,000 + excellent benefits

As a Facilities Administrator your mission will be to support with strategic planning as well as day-to-day operation of processes and services, particularly in relation to the organisation's buildings and premises.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Good knowledge of H&S
  • Proven competence in building management or construction administration, while working in a similar facilities role
  • Flexibility to travel to different venues in east and southeast London

Main duties of the role:

  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that all building and maintenance projects are planned and communicated;
  • Assisting in the procurement or tendering process for contractors and suppliers;
  • Co-ordinating all of their external building and maintenance projects;
  • Leading on all our essential services including security, property maintenance, cleaning, waste-disposal and recycling;
  • Track their premises Health & Safety compliance, requirements, including Construction Design and Management (CDM) Regulations and raise any areas of concern with our engineering management team.
