We have a great opportunity to work with our globally recognised client in the established Payroll Team based in the York HQ, we are looking for a Payroll specialist with experience of working on high volume payrolls dealing with complex payrolls and supporting the management team with coaching and upskilling the team. This is a hybrid role, working a minimum of 2 days in the York office.
Key Duties/Tasks:
- Processing volume client payrolls - circa 8000
- Processing full start to finish payrolls across monthly payrolls
- Supporting management with coaching and upskilling across the payroll function
Annual share processing
Working closely with the global mobility team
Working and supporting with projects
Desirable skills and attributes:
- Competent and experienced in full end to end payroll
- Experienced in processing complex payrolls, experience in annual shares processing
- Experience of working at SME level
