You will be the kind of person who wants to make a difference within your day-to-day work, but of course there are a few other requirements:
- Possess country / site facing experience only
- Bring at least 3 years of relevant experience (experience in clinical trial management is advantageous).
- Hold a university degree or have equivalent years of experience, with a preference for a focus in life sciences.
- Possess a robust understanding of the drug development process and relevant regulations, including ICH and GCP guidelines.
- Demonstrate initiative as a self-starter who is passionate about achieving successful outcomes and delivering results during assignments.
- Embrace a growth mindset.
- Prioritise high-quality service delivery throughout your assignment.
- Excel in dynamic, collaborative environments, thriving in fast-paced and ambiguous situations.
In this role you will contribute to innovative clinical trial delivery, enhancing the experience for patients, caregivers, and site staff. You will also be responsible for:
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of all operational aspects of studies through all phases (start-up, conduct, and close down), adhering to ICH/GCP and applicable regulations.
- Represent the UK on the global study team.
- Manage site relations and recruitment in the country of origin.
- Provide leadership to the local study team, including Clinical Research Associates (CRAs).
- Collaborate with local Medical Affairs colleagues to ensure smooth operations.
- Work with relevant country PDG colleagues for timely feasibility, start-up, and site payments.
- Drive study timelines, budgets, and risk management while ensuring quality and compliance with diversity and inclusion principles.
- Partner with PDG colleagues to address IRB, Health Authorities, and Ethics Committees queries and audits.

Salary: £339.27 - £376.97 per day (PAYE) basic OR £450 - £500 per day (UMB) basic
Full Time: 37.5 hours per week
6 Month Contract (Inside IR35)
