Our client is a Legal 500 law firm looking for an experienced Private Client Solicitor/Chartered Legal Executive to join their busy team in their Blandford office. This is an excellent opportunity to join this expanding team.
Areas of focus will include:
- Wills drafting
- Court of Protection / LPA
- Estate Planning
- Trust set up and administration
Duties will include:
- Independently managing own varied caseload of private client matters.
- Responsibility for providing high quality, timely, professional advice on Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and Estate Planning.
- Promoting a compassionate and sensitive disposition client experience when dealing with the elderly or incapacitated.
- Proactively networking and marketing within the team to generate new business and reputation.
- Attending clients in their own environment as required.
- Responsibility for mentoring and assisting more junior team members.
- Maintaining good billings records within the team.
Desired skills:
- Fee earning experience essential within Private Client with at least 3 years PQE.
- Proven track record of meeting targets.
- Have strong interpersonal skills.
- STEP is desirable but not essential.
- Business development and networking skills.
