About the Role:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Secondary Maths Teacher to join our dynamic team in Bristol. This is a full-time position starting in September 2024. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality Maths education to students across Key Stages 3 and 4, with the potential to teach Key Stage 5.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Maths lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation and growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and share best practices.
- Participate in departmental meetings, parent evenings, and professional development opportunities.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
- A degree in Mathematics or a related subject.
- Experience teaching Maths at the secondary level.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage students of all abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
