Skills and Experience Required:
Essential:
- Minimum of 1 year experience in Personal Lines insurance.
- Excellent sales, telephony, and negotiation skills.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain and develop professional relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- A proactive approach to new challenges.
- Proficiency in MS applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Commitment to ensuring excellent customer outcomes.
- Compliance with FCA regulations and Data Protection Security Policies.
- Focus on professional development and identifying performance improvements.
- Ability to meet and exceed KPIs.
- Completion of all required CPD hours.
Desirable:
- Experience using the Acturis broking system.
- Familiarity with Non-Standard Home insurance products.
- Knowledge of Commercial Insurance products.
