We are looking for a hard working administrator with a 'can do' attitude to join our friendly, national recruitment team. We offer a lively and dynamic environment and an experienced and friendly team to work alongside and learn from.
Your responsibilities
Key responsibilities
- Providing support with recruitment processes and candidate testing
- Ensure the applicant tracker system is up to date and data cleansed in a timely manner
- Upload cvs and interview packs on to the recruitment system
- Post job adverts to internal and external job boards
- Keep recruitment inboxes up to date
- Support the Early Careers team with student induction days
- Student intake administration
- Create and maintain good relationships with hiring managers
- Diary management when needed to schedule interviews
- Recruitment events
- Coordinate student recruitment events that promote our graduate / a-level leaver opportunities.
- Represent the firm at student recruitment events.
- Support recruitment team with national project work
- Support the Early Careers Team to arrange assessment centres
Additional team/ administration support
- Offer additional administration support wider recruitment team when needed
- Any other general administration tasks as required.
Essential Skills
- Competent user of Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
- Prioritisation skills with the ability to manage time efficiently.
- Excellent Phone Manner

- Personable, Professional, a team player who is attentive to detail
- Good Communications Skills
- Driving licence and access to a car
