Lettings Manager – Benefits
- £28,000 - £35,000 basic salary DOE
- Healthy commission split on top of salary

Lettings Manager – Duties
- Drive revenue and look for new and innovative ways to increase overall lettings business
- Attending and instructing lettings valuations
- Overseeing an extensive portfolio of properties ensuring compliance and efficient management
- Oversight of onboarding new stock
- Anticipate business needs and adapt accordingly
- Fostering a positive culture, motivating and leading your team from the front
- Cultivating and nurturing long lasting relationships with landlords and key stake holders
- Management of escalation with tenants and landlords
- Reporting on profit and loss and forecasting
- Engaging in strategic conversations with the wider management team
Lettings Manager – Experience Needed
- Previous experience as a Lettings Manager or Assistant Lettings Manager
- ARLA qualified or equivalent ideally
- Confident valuer and new business driven
- Negotiation skills are key and you will be well-spoken and well-presented
- Man management experience
- Proven track record in driving business forward and managing risk
- Some Property Management experience essential
- Excellent knowledge of the lettings process
- Able to motivate, manage, and lead by example
