Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our team in Coventry on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will support our finance department by handling various accounting tasks and ensuring smooth financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in maintaining accurate financial records.
- Process invoices and manage accounts payable/receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and maintain financial reports and documentation.
- Support the preparation of monthly and year-end closing processes.
- Assist with payroll processing and related tasks.
- Respond to internal and external financial inquiries.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an accounts or finance role.
THIS IS A PART TIME ROLE - 30 HOURS PER WEEK. 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Thursday.
