RG Consultancy are working with a fast growing security company based in Wilmslow who are recruiting an Assistant Management Accountant due to company growth. This is a brand-new role and a fantastic opportunity for a driven Assistant Management Accountant who would like to progress, grow and develop within the business. This is a great time to join the company at an exciting time for the business. You will work closely with and support the Senior Management Accountant on a daily basis.

The Role
- Assisting in preparation of the monthly management accounts
- Accruals, prepayments, monthly journals
- Maintenance of fixed asset register
- Balance sheet reconciliations
- Profit and loss
- Assisting in monitoring the financial performance of the company
- Assisting in implementing change and ongoing improvements for efficiency
- Assisting in year end and audit preparations
The Person
- Part qualified CIMA/ACCA or studying towards
- At least 2 years experience within a similar assistant/management accounting role
- Experience with SAGE is an advantage
- Strong IT & MS Excel skills
- Basic maths and written skills are essential
