Role Overview
As a 360 Recruitment Consultant at Time Recruitment, you will play a crucial role in making the right placements the first time. You'll manage a vertical market, build strong relationships with clients and candidates, and ensure successful placements.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with existing clients while engaging in business development to secure new opportunities.
- Client Portfolio Expansion: Build and expand your client portfolio by understanding their current and future recruitment needs.
- Client Meetings and Pitching: Attend client meetings to strengthen relationships and effectively pitch for new business.
- Consultative Advice: Provide clients with strategic recruitment advice to help them find the ideal candidates.
- Negotiation: Negotiate competitive charge rates with clients for mutually beneficial partnerships.
- Aftercare Service: Offer comprehensive aftercare services to ensure a seamless experience and identify further business opportunities.
