Are you experienced in working with young people and passionate about helping them overcome challenges? We are seeking a dedicated Behavioural Mentor to join our supportive team at a secondary school in Salford.
Position: Behavioural Mentor
Location: Salford Secondary School
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 3:30pm
Pay: Up to £100 per day (dependent on experience)
Contract: Full-time, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing 1:1 and group support to students with behavioural needs
- Assisting in the implementation of behaviour management strategies
- Building positive relationships with students to help them achieve their full potential
- Supporting the wider school team in creating a positive learning environment
- Encouraging personal growth, emotional regulation, and positive behavioural changes
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience working with young people in a professional context is essential
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A calm, patient, and resilient attitude
- Ability to build trust and rapport with students
- Passionate about making a difference in the lives of young people
