JOB TITLE - Head of Finance
LOCATION - Witney (hybrid)
SALARY - Up to £65,000
ABOUT THE HEAD OF FINANCE:
C4S Search are pleased to be supporting a non-profit organisation.
The Head of Finance will:
- Oversee and reshape the finance function.
- Ensure long-term financial sustainability.
- Provide strategic and operational financial leadership.
- Build a forward-thinking, service-oriented finance team.
- Support internal and external stakeholders with financial insights.
- Lead all financial management activities (accounts, payroll, tax, pensions, investments)
- Evaluate new business opportunities and funding applications.
- Align financial strategy with fundraising and operational goals.
- Provide financial insights to senior leadership and external bodies.
ABOUT YOU
- CCAB-recognised full professional accountancy qualification.
- 5+ years post-qualification experience.
- Proven leadership and team management.
- Experience in financial strategy, operations, and compliance.
- Strong IT and communication skills.
- Experience working with boards or trustees.
