About the Job
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract role focusing on credit control and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments. You will handle overdue accounts, collaborate with internal teams, and manage external customer accounts.
Duties will include:
- Collaborating with sales teams to ensure efficient debt collection
- Representing Credit Control in meetings to manage credit exposure
- Managing sales ledgers to ensure effective cash collection
- Regularly communicating with customers to resolve account issues and gather insights
- Ensuring customer accounts are updated and reconciled across all systems
- Addressing customer price and delivery queries
- Supporting ad-hoc projects as needed
About the Successful Applicant
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' credit control experience and be highly organised with strong communication skills. You will be confident in decision-making and adaptable in problem-solving.
