Pay: £18.00ph paid weekly via umbrella

Duties
To provide a professional, efficient & cost effective repairs and maintenance service to the required quality standards, satisfying performance targets and working in compliance with Health and Safety Policy and other health and safety legislation, regulations and good practice and other standards.
To work as part of a team carrying out specific trade work and multi trade duties which are not attached to core skills including but not limited, to maintenance and repairs works to all types of properties and social spaces
To provide a customer focussed service which results in high levels of customer satisfaction to maintain and enhance the reputation of the client
Qualifications & Experience
Must hold a full UK drivers license
Must hold a city & guilds/NVQ/apprenticeship/equivalent in Joinery/Carpentry
