Prestigious opportunity within a pioneering technology team, for an experienced Application Support Engineer with knowledge of either the housing sector or delivering systems migrations. Dedicated to a large scale digital transformation and systems migration, this is a hybrid role with offices in Manchester and Merseyside.
As one of our Applications Support Engineers you will be responsible for:-
- Systems support 2nd line & 3rd line support for all supported applications.
- Systems and service development, delivering new functionality and carrying out upgrades to existing solutions.
- Work to continually develop and improve the effectiveness and quality of service provided to other business areas and to continually build on operational relationships.
- User Support delivering face to face and remote technical support to colleagues, and contributing towards documentation of processes.
- Liaising effectively and professionally with external support teams in the restoration, improvement and implementation of business system applications.

- A detailed understanding of business applications.
- Ability to communicate ideas and concepts in a clear and logical manner
- Excellent problem-solving skills, and able to collate evidence quickly to diagnose problems and implement solutions.
- A desire to learn and succeed within a support environment across many applications.
- Understanding of the environment and practises of the housing sector.
- Familiar with systems migration and integration
