Day-to-day of the role:
- Conduct thorough maintenance and repair of customer vehicles.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical and electronic faults.
- Complete jobs within specified timeframes and to a high standard.
- Communicate effectively with the service team and customers to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Stay updated with technical vehicle developments and attend manufacturer training.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong technical background with qualified technician status (manufacturer-specific training will be provided).
- Strong administration skills and customer-facing aptitude.
- Flexible approach to work and a full understanding of customer satisfaction.
- Valid driver's licence is required.
