Description

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the Transport & Distribution industry
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and key industry stakeholders
  • Develop strategic sales plans and forecasts
  • Negotiate contracts with potential clients
  • Ensure client satisfaction by meeting their needs and expectations
  • Provide regular sales reports to the management team
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Participate in industry events and conferences

Profile

A successful BDM should have:

  • A degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Strong knowledge of the Transport & Distribution industry
  • Proven sales track record
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • High level of self-motivation and ambition
