Your new role
We are looking to recruit an attendance officer to provide exceptional levels of support to the students, parents, academic staff and pastoral team. You will help improve attendance rates by ensuring staff carry out their actions and by helping those students with attendance issues as required.
You will share fully in the life of the whole boarding community, contributing to the running of social and other events to sustain and develop the whole community.
What you'll need to succeed
- Flexible and adaptable due to the role being across 3 sites
- Excellent data manipulation skills (excel based)
- Able to create a welcoming and friendly environment whilst at the same time working efficiently.
- Someone with strong a sense of humour, flexibility, patience and creativity.
