Mobile SMART Repairer
- Annual Salary: £36,000 - £40,000 plus non-capped bonuses
- Location: Hampshire, Berkshire, Surrey

We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and efficient Mobile SMART Repairer to join our client, covering all SMART repair aspects on Group stock. You will be working from a fully equipped Volkswagen Transporter Van, handling tasks ranging from paint repair to interior repair and dent removal. This role requires managing your own diary and travelling between sites to repair damaged vehicles in line with manufacturer's specifications.
Day to Day of the role:
- Travelling between sites across Hampshire, Berkshire, and Surrey to perform SMART repairs on Group stock.
- Managing your own diary and ensuring timely completion of repairs.
- Repairing damaged vehicles in line with manufacturer's specifications, including paint, interior, and dent removal.
- Working within a fast-paced environment and maintaining high standards of work.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Fully qualified repairer to City and Guilds level or equivalent.
- Experience in a SMART repair role (1 year preferred).
- Ability to work independently and efficiently.
- Good time management and organisational skills.
- ATA qualification is advantageous but not essential.
- Reliable commuting or relocation plans to Hampshire.
