Colleague Engagement Executive

Tate Recruitment are excited to be working with an innovative and forward thinking pharmaceutical company to find their business a talented Colleague Engagement Executive.

You will be a high performing professional with a passion for engagement and communication and will work to ensure colleagues feel trusted and valued.

Role Responsibilities

With the CCE lead, maximise opportunities and drive genuine engagement through appropriate communications strategies

  • With the CCE lead, ensure the timely delivery of business communication channels, (e.g. Colleague Update; Intranet, Townhalls and Conference)
  • Review and adapt communication offerings to ensure they remain engaging & bench marked against external best practice
  • Work with the CCE lead and take responsibility for elements of selected engagement programmes and activities to ensure effective distribution of those programmes through relevant channels to maximise impact
  • Drive delivery of communications programmes to support business unit functions
  • Build a network across the business to help improve cross-business communication channels, ensuring communication is aligned to and supportive of the business engagement plan as well as partnering with commercial groups and CRGs.
  • Ensures consistent high quality and timely delivery of engagement initiatives, including creation of relevant content.
  • Manage 3rd party involvement/suppliers in relation to areas of responsibility
  • Provide seamless support to the CCE lead in the delivery of above country strategic programmes aligned to business objectives
  • Writing copy for business communication channels and colleague engagement programmes

Experience Required

  • Excellent project management skills, including planning and prioritisation
  • Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional IT literacy, including SharePoint skills
  • On Target to gain a degree qualification in relevant field
  • Understanding and knowledge of current communications best practice
  • Day-to-day direction, by the nature of the business, must be self-initiated
  • A strong, demonstrated record of assuming ownership of results is also required

This is a temporary position, based in Sandwich, paying an hourly rate between £19.49 to £23.40.
