CNC Setter / Operators opportunities with this established aerospace precision engineering company. We have opportunities for experienced cnc millers and cnc turners in this large stable manufacturing company. As a CNC Setter Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating CNC machines to produce high-quality precision parts according to specifications.
Responsibilities:
- Set up CNC machines based on job requirements
- Operate either CNC milling or turning machines to produce parts within tolerance
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as necessary
- Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards are met
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a CNC Setter Operator in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of machine maintenance and troubleshooting
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Certification or training in CNC machining is a plus
