Accounts Assistant - Sales Ledger

CMA Recruitment Group are working with a highly successful business based in Segensworth, Hampshire, to help them recruit a Sales Ledger Assistant to join their finance team.

What will the Sales Ledger Assistant be responsible for:

  • Dealing with any sales invoicing/ billing queries;
  • Review the debtors ledger weekly;
  • Daily bank reconciliations;
  • Review and process daily bank transactions;
  • Raising invoices, ensuring accuracy and correct billing information;
  • Monitoring the return of invoices.

Suitable candidate for the Sales Ledger Assistant:

  • Prior experience with billing or sales ledger procedures;
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and numerical skills;
  • Good level of Excel.
