I am currently recruiting for a Commercial Finance Manager to join a leading FTSE listed business based in Birmingham (hybrid working on offer). Due to internal promotions within the commercial finance team we are looking to recruit a astute, qualified finance professional to come on board.
The role itself is very broad and will see you involved within a number of things within the company. The key focus will be business partnering with senior stakeholders and overall responsibility to assist the Head of Commercial in driving business performance forward during this time of expansion.
Ideally you will;
- Be ACCA/ACA or CIMA qualified with exposure in the commercial world.
- Be able to give good examples of when you have pushed back stakeholders and analysed your area of the business and presenting figures to non finance.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and liaise with non-finance and finance individuals in a role focused around business partnering
- Be able to think quickly on your feet ensuring that the operations team are making the right decisions from information you report on a monthly basis
