Location: South Birmingham
Contract: Full-time, Term-time only (39 weeks)

Your Responsibilities
Supervise students and deliver pre-set lesson plans in the teacher's absence.
Ensure students remain on task and manage classroom behaviour effectively.
Support students in their learning and encourage a positive classroom atmosphere.
Provide feedback to teaching staff on student progress and lesson outcomes.
Help maintain a safe and engaging learning environment.
About You
? Confident & Approachable: You're comfortable leading a classroom and managing behaviour with authority.
? Organized & Adaptable: You can quickly adjust to different subjects and classroom needs.
? Strong Communicator: You can engage with students, teachers, and staff clearly and effectively.
? Experience: Prior experience in a classroom or working with young people is preferred but not essential.
