VACANCY: Accounts Assistant (Fixed term: 12 months)
LOCATION: Huddersfield (HD7)
SALARY: Up to £28,000
Our client is currently looking to recruit an experienced accounts assistant to cover a maternity leave for the next 12 months. Ideal candidate will be an all round accounts professional with experience of purchase & sales ledger, bank reconciliation, cash allocation, invoicing etc. This position is an immediate start for the right candidate.
Duties:
- Generating invoices and sending to clients
- Allocation of invoices and coding
- Cash allocation
- Purchase and Sales ledger
- Daily banking and reconciliation
- Credit control
- Updating sales spreadsheets
- Supporting with month end
- Providing support to the Finance Manager
