What You'll Be Doing:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive paid social media strategies across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok to meet business objectives.
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing Managers to manage the end-to-end process of campaign planning, execution, optimisation, and reporting.
  • Utilise advanced targeting techniques to ensure ads reach the most relevant audiences across various territories.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on key performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement, driving growth in the UK and global markets.
  • Oversee and optimise advertising budgets to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing and Brand teams to successfully deliver commercial marketing campaigns.
  • Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices to ensure our strategies remain innovative and effective.
  • Implement A/B testing strategies to optimise ad performance.
  • Align social media initiatives with overall marketing goals and business strategies in collaboration with the broader marketing team.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in paid social media advertising, with a proven track record of success in the fashion industry or a fast-paced Ecommerce brand.
  • Experience managing teams.
  • Experience working across territories including (but not limited to) UK, USA, and Europe.
  • Expertise in Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, and Snapchat Ads (bonus).
  • Strong analytical abilities with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • A strong sense of fashion trends and the ability to create engaging content.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and quickly adapt to changing priorities and challenges.
  • Exceptional organisational skills.
  • Innovative mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo and try new tactics and strategies.
