Finance Assistant
In this role, you will assist in the preparation of
monthly accounts
and work closely with the
Financial Controller
- This is a fully
on-site
,
temporary
position that requires immediate availability.
Key Responsibilities:
Balance sheet reconciliations.
Financial Pack preparation
Forecast preparation.
Invoicing.
Support with Monthly reporting.
Sales Invoicing and issue to Customers.
Provide support for the rest of the Finance team where required.
About You:
Proven background working within a full finance function.
Strong analytical capabilities with a demonstrated ability to solve problems.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience using MS packages, particularly Excel, and familiarity with other finance systems.
High level of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail.
Exceptional organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
