Are you an experienced Extrusion/Production operative looking for a new role?
Baltic Recruitment are currently recruiting for a number of Production/Extrusion Operatives to join our well established client based in Newton Aycliffe.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a production environment, a good work ethic and be reliable.
Duties -
- Ensure the Extrusion Line is run in accordance with procedures and efficiently throughout the shift.
- Ensure that products are manufactured to specification and in accordance with the production plan and work instructions.
- Ensure product quality is met and maintained and all quality checks are completed.
- Ensure that Company Health and Safety policies/procedures are followed.
- Ensure the line is cleaned and maintained as instructed in accordance with our 6S Policy
- Complete all required documentation during the shift.
- Maintain the machines integrity and report any damage that has been caused to your immediate manager.
- Inform your shift manager regarding any issues that could affect efficiency, quality and health and safety.
- Play an active role in maintaining the OEE inputs and reports maintaining a continuous high standard.
- Ensure that the finished product is packaged correctly in accordance to the order specification.
- To actively work as a team member within your shift to ensure the highest standard of productivity is met.
- Other duties as deemed reasonable and necessary both now and in the future to meet the business needs.
Pay rate -
£25,254 + £900 shift allowance
Shifts -
Continental shifts, 2 days 2 nights (7am-7pm / 7pm-7am)
