DEPOT MANAGER - BODMIN, CORNWALL

£40,000 - £45,000 + Car + 35 days AL, Free Parking, Company Bonus Scheme, DIS, Sick Pay Package

Due to ongoing success, my client are looking to add to their growing team with the addition of a Depot Manager, the company are going through a period of growth, which is owing to the companies recent successes and ambitions to grow further.

We are looking for someone who has ideally gained experience within a manufacturing environment and has experience managing/supervising a team.

THE ROLE:

  • Overall responsibility for Depot project and activity implementation.
  • Supervising a team.
  • Engage with customers and staff.
  • Uphold maintenance standards.
  • Manage holiday, sickness and absence leave for the Depot.
  • Opening and closing of the depot on a daily basis, ensuring all aspects of security
  • within the depot
  • Stock management
  • Identify and instigate depot improvement required.

THE PERSON:

  • Experience managing a team.
  • Maintenance knowledge and experience (mechanical)
  • Good communication skills.
  • Happy dealing with customers directly.
