Property Consultant (Sales and Lettings Negotiator)
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Property Consultant / Sales and Lettings Negotiator to join the team. This role is ideal for individuals who are either starting their career in property or have a couple of years of experience in the field either as a Sales Negotiator or Lettings Negotiator. The position offers an attractive On-Target Earnings (OTE) between £22,000 and £30,000, depending on experience, and the opportunity to move with the market instead of being fixed to either side of the market.
As a Property Consultant, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of properties, providing exceptional service to both buyers and tenants, and ensuring smooth and successful transactions. Your main duties will include conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and liaising with landlords, vendors, and applicants to achieve the best possible outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of sales and lettings properties.
- Conduct property viewings and provide accurate and insightful information to prospective buyers and tenants.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate the completion of sales and lettings transactions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, vendors, buyers, and tenants.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the property transaction process.
- Stay up to date with local market trends and property values.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions and transactions.
Requirements to become the Property Consultant / Sales and Lettings Negotiator:
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own car.
- Knowledge of Molesey and surrounding areas is highly desirable.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet targets.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in property sales or lettings is advantageous but not essential.
