Responsibilities will include:
- Managing customer inquiries via email and telephone
- Swiftly responding to inquiries and coordinating services
- Conducting basic bookkeeping and managing invoice payments
- Payroll, VAT, and statutory accounts as required
- Managing employee expenses
- Completing necessary customer paperwork and initiating certificate requests
