Duties & responsibilities:
- Ensure the office runs smoothly & efficiently
- Provide a point of contact for staff, customers and hauliers.
- Maintain quality levels and ensure performance standards are met.
- Entering purchase orders on systems for all departments
- Financial reporting and processing timesheets
- General purchasing
- Ordering and controlling of stock to ensure operation runs smoothly
- Ensure filing and documentations are up to date plus completion of daily logs.
- Processing any orders and deliveries
- Acknowledge & liaise with staff, contractors, and visitors alike.
- Produce all paperwork needed for warehouse operations and other departments to include both inbound/outbound
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Provide administration cover for other team members during holiday periods and sickness
- Setting up and booking meeting rooms
- Answering telephone and dealing with any enquiries
- Entering of weekly and monthly sales invoicing
Key Skills and requirements:
- Computer literate with good knowledge of all Microsoft programs.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to plan & manage workloads to tight deadlines.
- Confident, polite, and friendly telephone manner.
- Ability to work alone or as part of team.
- Good organisational skills

Hours - Full Time, Temp to perm
8:30-5:00pm Monday to Friday 30 minute unpaid break
Salary: £24,720 per annum
Location - Swindon
