Paid Acquisition Manager - Retail

Quest Search and Selection is partnering with this lifestyle, British fashion brand that has been established for 10 years and have a real focus on sustainability and a goal to upscale the business in an ethical way.

The Paid Acquisition Manager will collaborate with the Head of Digital Marketing to implement and optimize the paid channel strategy.

This is an immediately available role so ideally looking for someone who is interested in a 3-6 month contract but open to someone looking for a perm role.

The roles& responsibilities of the Acquisition Manager - Retail -

  • This role involves achieving agreed KPIs, managing budgets, and forecasting across various paid channels, including paid search, paid social, and affiliate marketing.
  • Ensuring our Customer Acquisition Costs are within agreed parameters.
  • The Acquisition Manager will work closely with the CRM, Ecommerce, Brand and Creative teams to deliver in channel campaigns that extend brand reach and ultimately drive quality (high potential LTV).
  • pay an active role in the delivery of a pay channel strategy increase volume and quality of new customers setting customer acquisition costs acquisitions and targets
  • Acquire high potential customers to maximise LTV and CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost)
  • Develop robust reports for digital channels building channel reports in DOMO (Data Integration platform) using GA4 to facilitate.
  • lead X3 executives ensuring digital channels.
  • manage relationships with Facebook Google and TikTok to up-date optimisation campaign.
  • Putting together measurements and industry-leading campaign tactics.

To be successful in this Acquisition Manager position -

  • 5 years + experience in the paid advertising ideally
  • You must have experience in retail or eCommerce whether that is in house or agency side.
  • Ideally has managed someone at an assistant/executive or specialist level
  • experience in developing knew effective digital acquisition levers
  • Someone operating and looking at budget building forecast models for paid budgets setting seek targets
  • Exceptional communication skills with ability to communicate effectively
  • Comprehensive understanding of Google Analytics meta platforms.
  • Highly numeric and analytical
