Job Title: Graduate Quantity Surveyor

Location: London, Berkshire, Oxfordshire, Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire (occasional projects in Kent)

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 (negotiable)

Role Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and talented Graduate Quantity Surveyors to join our team. This is a fantastic opportunity for graduates, particularly those linked with universities such as the University of Westminster, to kick-start their careers in the construction industry. You will work alongside experienced professionals, gaining invaluable experience in managing financial aspects of construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the financial management of house building projects, from initial estimates to final accounts.
  • Support the preparation and presentation of cost reports and financial statements.
  • Ensure all projects comply with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Liaise with site managers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and subcontractors.
  • Demonstrate commercial acumen to ensure projects are profitable and financially viable.

  • Recent graduates with a degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.
