R13 are pleased to be working with a fantastic financial advice practice in their search for a Mortgage & Protection Advisor to join their Norfolk team on either a self-employed or employed basis.
This is a full-time position working Monday to Friday, based in Norfolk. The offered salary for this opportunity is negotiable depending on experience & contract terms.

The day to day
- Utilising knowledge and expertise to provide mortgage advice and guidance
- Liaising with your customer base, undertaking in depth fact find & guiding them through the mortgage application process.
- Understanding often complex customer needs and circumstances
- Analysing financial information to determine eligibility for loans
- Assuring superb standards of service, assuring repeat business and recommendations
- Working as part of a wider team in the achievement of business objectives
- Maintaining up to date knowledge on mortgage products, industry regulations, and trends.
You will have/be
- Full CeMAP qualification, at least 2 years hands on experience
- Professional yet personable approach.
- Rounded communication skills at all levels
- Knowledge of mortgage marketplace & lending regulations/procedures.
- The ability to utilise strong product knowledge to offer clear advice and guidance
- Able to work in an analytical and precise manner with attention to detail
