Finance Manager - Lead Our High-Performance Team
Drive financial excellence in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment. As our Finance Manager, you'll spearhead a talented team supporting rapid change and ambitious expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, including KPI management
- Lead and develop a small finance team
- Review monthly entity-level accounts
- Prepare and present Group consolidated accounts
- Conduct bank covenant testing and reporting
- Manage Group cash flow and weekly reporting
- Execute Board-guided Group hedging strategy
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualified or equivalent experience
- Manufacturing sector background preferred
- Proven track record in fast-paced financial accounting
- Team leadership and motivation skills
- Proficiency in Excel, Sage; NetSuite and Power BI knowledge a plus
- Commitment to continuous improvement
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional communicator
