Job Title: Property Paralegal
Location: Cardiff, Hybrid.
Salary: circa £25,000
Hours: Full Time
THE FIRM:
Top Tier well established property specialist firm in Cardiff is looking to take on two paralegals after recent promotions within the firm. You will be surrounded by a team of highly experienced property solicitors and will be in the perfect environment to learn and develop.
Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and paralegal support to the solicitor dealing with residential and Commercial conveyancing matters
- Assisting with the opening, progression and closure of residential and Commercial conveyancing files
- Drafting and preparing legal documents and contracts
- Liaising with clients, estate agents and solicitors
- Preparing Land Registry applications
- Producing standard Stamp Duty Land Tax returns;
- Preparing Sale and Purchase completion statements
- Researching matters of law relevant to transactions
- Keeping up-to-date with changes in the law
ABOUT YOU:
- Experienced Paralegal or Legal Assistant.
- Experience working in Conveyancing department
- Comfortable in an office setting.
- Ideally someone with experience in Buy ot Legal
