JOB TITLE: English Teacher
QUALIFICATIONS: QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or PGCE (Post Graduate Certificate in Education)
PAY: £130 - £210.00 per day
Key Responsibilities for an English Teacher:
- Design and deliver engaging English lessons that align with the curriculum.
- Utilise a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Incorporate technology and interactive activities to enhance the student's learning experience.
- Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
- Participate in departmental meetings, professional development, and school events.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop cross-curricular learning opportunities.
English Teacher Qualifications and Requirements:
- A degree in English or a related field is required.
- Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE) or a Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for teaching English classes and a commitment to student success.
