Content Marketing Lead

You will be responsible for developing, implementing and managing integrated content marketing strategies and plans across multiple brands in Europe that grow awareness and consideration with their core audiences.

Description

  • Working closely with the Global Content Director on leading the European regional content objectives in delivering value to the core audiences, optimising the commercial return and building on the brand strategy
  • Produce high quality content for all digital and social channels ensuring its locally relevant and in line with the global content guidelines
  • Understand local cultural nuances and audiences by developing integral relationships with your counterparts at a regional/local subsidiary level
  • Develop, edit and align brand content, influencer blogs, sponsorship/partner and social materials including messaging, social posts and web article content
  • Manage and maintain a content calendar of regional content, messages, and channels
  • Regular reporting on the content performance and what needs to stop, start and continue
  • You are the subject matter expert in content marketing delivering excellence through optimising processes, templates and best practices
  • Collaborate and support the continuous evolution of a best-in-class content marketing team at a local/regional level

Profile

  • 7+ years of proven content marketing experience, including brand storytelling, digital engagement, content creation and editorial experience, calendar planning and publishing across digital channels
  • Experience analysing content performance through the digital experience
  • Solid social media experience across Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram and LinkedIn, and paid
  • Community engagement and management, tool usage and social listening
  • Demonstrate the ability to build strong business partnerships globally, locally and cross functionally
  • A team player with proven collaboration and leadership skills, specifically in agency management
  • Ability to thrive, adapt to change in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Be innovative in your approach whilst making things happen
  • Strong written and presentation skills
  • Language skills are desirable (French, German, Spanish) but not essential
  • You will be currently working for an Automotive, Travel, Airline, Transportation or Hotel brand in B2C/B2B
