You will be responsible for processing breakdowns, ordering parts and allocating engineers, while providing great customer service through the whole process.
This role would suit those with a customer service / administrative background looking for a multifaceted role with the opportunity for progression and long term stability.
The Role:
- Process breakdowns received via the call logging system
- Ordering parts for customer breakdowns & remedial works
- Assist in planning and allocating engineers to breakdowns
- Raise estimates for remedial works
- Communicate with customers, providing updates on breakdowns
The Person:
- Administrative / Customer Service background
- Background in an Engineering company
