Full Time, Permanent.

4 on 4 off- 2 days 2 nights (12 hour shifts)

Circa £30,600 + 10% Bonus + Overtime paid at x1.5 + Enhanced Pension Scheme + Great benefits package.

My client, an Energy from Waste business that specialises in converting non-recyclable waste into renewable energy.

The site in Avonmouth is a plastics processing facility, converting non recyclable plastics in to new products which can be used in a variety of industries, all while creating green energy throughout the process.

Currently, we are looking for 3x Sorting Operatives to work on a full time, permanent basis.

You will spend your shift dedicated to a single line, ensuring that all plastic products that pass through, can be processed. This will include picking out foreign objects and materials, such as plastic bags.

Requirements:

  • Great communication skills
  • A willingness to carry out repetitive tasks for sustained periods of time.
  • Someone who wishes to develop their career and climb the career ladder within industrial operations.
  • Reliable & looking for a full time, permanent position.
  • Able to commute to and from Avonmouth.
